CCS Referral Program

We are excited to announce a new referral program for enrolled families to help make our program even more affordable for you this upcoming year.

This program offers "stackable" savings, so you can receive a discount off your tuition for every student who signs up and lists you as the referrer - up to the full cost of your tuition.

For every preschooler that enrolls from your referral, you will receive $75 off the annual tuition. For every student that enrolls in grades K-5, you will receive $150 off the annual tuition.

Example: You refer a family with children in 3rd grade, 1st grade, and preschool who are all admitted to the school. You would be eligible for a $375 discount off your total tuition for the 2024-2025 school year. If you refer another family with a 1st grader, you'd be eligible for an additional $150 off as well!

Does CCS accept Ed Choice, Administrative Cost Reimbursement (ACR), or Auxiliary Services Program (ASP) monies?

Because we are a non-chartered school, we are not eligible for any sources of state funding at this time. We may choose to pursue a state charter in the future but even then we will be very careful as to what funding sources we choose to accept. While these additional sources of funding can prove useful, some of the state funding comes with heavy restrictions on how the funds can be used. For example, if a school receives a reimbursement from the state via the Auxiliary Services Program, funds must be carefully spent on non-religious items and cannot be used on preschool items, thus requiring extensive, detailed records which must be sent to the state each year. Based on our current structure and resources, we are choosing to invest our funds in our teachers as much as possible rather than allocating money to employ an individual to keep the extra state-mandated records. In order to accept money from the EdChoice program, all students who attend a chartered, non-public school using an EdChoice Scholarship are required to take the annual state assessments. As we start this new endeavor, we think it is critical that we maintain the freedom to use our funds without restriction.

We recognize that not all state-funding sources have the same restrictions, and so we will continue to earnestly look into these options while weighing the tradeoffs. All future decisions regarding the status of the school and whether or not government funds are accepted will be voted on by the board (which is required to maintain at least 2 parents of enrolled students at all times), as outlined in our school's bylaws. Above all else, we want to ensure that we do not have to compromise the excellent, Christ-centered education of our students in any way, and that will remain a guiding principle in our growth process.
